HayMax developed three luxury residences totaling more than 12,000 square feet in Aspen’s West End neighborhood. HayMax purchased two lots and completed entitlement work that allowed for the development a single-family home and detached duplex homes. Designed by award-winning architecture firm, S2, each home was built to the highest luxury standard and takes advantage of surrounding mountain views.
