HayMax acquired the distressed 58-key Bellemont Hotel in downtown Ketchum in an online auction. Current ownership implemented a $5 million transformation and redevelopment, including new branding, rooms and lobby renovation, new restaurant and coffee shop, and the repositioning of commercial spaces. The renovation has won several design awards.
